Financial Support

DANCERS AGAINST CANCER is thrilled to provide gifts of financial assistance to all eligible individuals who have been impacted by cancer. We welcome individuals of all races, all religions, all countries of origin, all sexual orientation, and all genders to apply!

We are thankful to be able to provide financial support to those eligible who have been impacted by cancer and are in need of assistance.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Dance students currently enrolled in a dance studio and who participates in dance classes;
• Parents and/or siblings of a student currently enrolled at a dance studio;
• Dancers currently in a semi-professional/professional dance company;
• Dance teachers currently working at a dance studio teaching technical-based dance classes or currently working for a professional dance convention;
• Choreographers currently working at a dance studio or professional dance convention;
• Choreographers currently working for a semi-professional/professional dance company;

Applicants must complete a W-4 form in its entirety and include a scanned copy with the Application submission.

Please Note: If approved, your financial support gift is non-taxable to you, the recipient. Nevertheless, DAC is required to disclose the information on your W-4 when completing the charity’s taxes at the end of the year. This is required by Federal Law and is used for tax reporting purposes only. Other than for the aforementioned purpose, any and all information on your W-4 shall remain confidential.

Once received, your Application will go through DAC’s verification process. This process will take approximately 2-4 weeks. We thank you for your patience.

If approved, we will contact you to arrange delivery of DAC’s financial assistance gift.
